You’ll go all out for our customers - from the moment they step off the plane to the time you wish them goodbye. The public face of the most trusted company in the business, you’ll be constantly on your toes, ever helpful and always ready to impress.

So you’ll definitely need some kind of customer service experience, which we’ll build on by ensuring we give you all the training you need. But you should already be the type of person that loves helping others to have a great time and enjoys the challenge of selling our events and services, such as organised trips and entertainment.
